During the proceedings, the Supreme Court emphasized the urgent necessity of promptly establishing the authority, insisting it must be operational within the set timeframe. Furthermore, the court mandated the submission of a comprehensive progress report on establishing the authority within two weeks.

Additionally, the court declared its plan to conduct further hearings on the climate change case in the first week of June.
