After much controversy and defamation, Sindh High Court has finally ordered the Federal Investigation Agency and Pakistan Telecommunication Authority to block and remove all the offensive and defamatory content against Pakistani actress Kubra Khan.
The order from Sindh HC came after the actress filed a petition against the “derogatory, defamatory, malicious, incendiary, dangerous and sensationalizing” remarks made by the YouTuber and former military officer Adil Farooq Raja against Kubra Khan and 3 other Pakistani actresses.

The video posted by Adil, maligning the actresses became viral instantly and the defamatory content started coming on social media networking websites.
However, after Kubra filed the petition, saying she will not stay silent and will stand up for herself, Sindh HC took notice of the situation.
After hearing the petition, the two-judge bench, comprising Justice Salahuddin Panhwar and Justice Zulfiqar Ahmed Khan issued a notice to the director general of the FIA, chairman of the PTA, and other relevant parties asking them to take down all the offensive content.
