The news hit last night that the blockbuster series Wednesday might be leaving Netflix for season 2 as Amazon has acquired Addams Family rights for Metro-Goldwyn-Mayer (MGM).
The series featuring Jenna Ortega as Wednesday Addams became a huge success and is Netflix’s 2nd most-watched English language series after Stranger Things.

Despite the rumors that have surfaced, Wednesday will simply not be leaving Netflix because the deal between Netflix and MGM was locked in a long time ago before Amazon’s $8.5 Billion deal.
