Pakistan Army Officer Major (retd) Adil Raja, who now runs his own YouTuber channel, has said that some actresses and models were “trapped and used by the establishment for lewd purposes”.
Adil further said that these actresses are involved with the former army chief Gen (retd) Qamar Bajwa and ex-top military officer Gen (retd) Faiz Hameed in trapping politicians.
Although Adil Raja has not mentioned any names in his video, he does give out the initials of the names of the alleged Pakistani actresses and models.
Following this, Mehwish Hayat and Kubra Khan, have lashed out at the Retd Major. Taking to her Instagram account, Mehwish wrote, “shame on you for spreading false allegations and insinuations about someone you know nothing about and even bigger shame on people who blindly believe in his bullshit”.

The actress further wrote against the allegations, “this just shows the sickness of our society that laps up this gutter of journalism without any thought. I will not allow anyone to defame my name in this way anymore”.
Kubra Khan has also decided to take legal action against Adil Raja for the false allegations he has leveled against her.
Kubra posted a story on her Instagram, saying, “I stayed quiet initially because obviously a fake video is not going to take over my existence but Enough is Enough.”
The actress also included a warning, “I will be suing you for defamation. And don’t worry, lucky for you I am not just from here [Pakistan] I am from UK, so I’ll come there if have too.”
Sajal Aly has also shared a tweet, saying “It is very sad that our country is becoming morally debased and ugly; character assassination is the worst form of humanity and sin.”
