Tesla is world-renowned for its electric vehicles but according to some interesting rumors, the brand may shift toward smartphones too.
Tesla Model Pi, the first ever smartphone by Tesla is rumored to be launched in end-2022 to mid-2023, and here is all that we know about it:
The phone will have 156.8 x 72.1 x 7.6 dimensions and will weigh 202gm. The display of the Tesla Pi will be an OLED screen with a 1284 x 2778px screen resolution.
It will feature scratch-resistance glass and oleophobic coating for further protection. Now, if we talk about one of the most important features that people look for in a smartphone; a camera.
Tesla Pi will have a triple back camera with a 50MP resolution and a 40PM front camera. It will have Dual-LED dual-tone flash, ProRes, Dual-pixel PDAF HDR (photo/panorama), stereo sound recording, and Cinematic mode.
Tesla has apparently created its own microprocessor for the Tesla Pi Phone and employed its own Tesla GPU. Although the specifications of the phone’s battery have not been confirmed, it is expected to be 5000 mAh.
The price is not confirmed either but it is believed the phone will cost something between $300 to $400.
