The newest addition to the Pakistan cricket team squad, Abrar Ahmed has managed to make his mark as a debutant at Pakistan vs England Test Match series taking place in Multan.
The young spinner sent back five players of the rival team at the second test match in Multan Cricket Stadium.
Abrar Ahmed is the first bowler in Pakistan’s Test history to take 5 wickets in the first session on Test debut. The only other Pakistan bowler to take 5 wickets on his first day in Test cricket is Wahab Riaz, also vs England, at The Oval in 2010. #PakvEng

The sensational 5-wicket haul by Abrar Ahmed has proved he can be an asset to the team and the man is being praised by everyone all around.
The magnificent feat by Abrar has put Pakistan in command on the first day of the Test match as England finished off the session with 180 runs at a loss of 5 wickets.
The 24-year-old has also become the first Pakistani cricketer to debut to pick up 5 wickets on the first day of a test match series.
Abrar has the potential to create history by registering the best bowling figures in an innings by a Pakistani bowler on debut. Currently, the record is held by the former pacer, Mohammad Zahid, who picked up 7 wickets for 66 runs against New Zealand in 1996. Overall, Albert Trott holds the record for the best bowling figures on debut with 8 wickets for 43 runs in 1895.
Abrar also displayed incredible form at the Quaid-e-Azam Trophy by finishing as the highest wicket-taker.
