After facing defeat from India on Sunday in their first T20 World Cup 2022, Pakistan Cricket Team is all ready for their second match against Zimbabwe.

The men in green have arrived in Perth for their second match of the T20 World Cup which will take place at Optus Stadium on 27th October.

However, there are some changes expected to happen for the squad for this match. According to reports, left-handed batter, Fakhar Zaman, and the star pacer, Shaheen Shah, will likely miss out this next match.

As per the media reports, the management wants one of the team’s key pacer, Shaheen Shah Afridi, to rest ahead of the upcoming match on November 3 against South Africa which is considered crucial.

Although, Shah was well-rested and deemed 100% fit, his performance against India in the last match have raised some concerns from the public.

It was also reported that Fakhar Zaman has recovered from his injury as he also participated in the training session.

Unfortunately, the left-handed batter is still not 100% fit and will not be playing in the T20 World Cup against Zimbabwe.

Pakistan will play 4 more games in the Super 12s stage and will need to be in the top two to qualify for semi-finals.
