Zimbabwe won against Pakistan yesterday by 1 wicket and since then you must have seen everyone talking about Fake Mr. Bean.
The whole Fake Mr. Bean Fiasco began in 2016 when the Mr. bean imposter from Pakistan visited Zimbabwe and the fans mistook him for the real one.
He even had the luxury of a police escort. pic.twitter.com/3IveDi6ANb

According to reports, Asif Muhammad from Pakistan, who is known for impersonating the iconic character of Mr. Bean, went to Zimbabwe where many mistook him for Rowan Atkinson.
In 2016, Asif was invited to a comedy night event in Zimbabwe at the Harare International Conference Centre. A lot of local fans tried to click pictures with him and he was given a hero’s welcome.
He even did road shows and was given the luxury treatment, being escorted around by the police.
It started when Pakistan Cricket’s official Twitter account shared photos of the players practicing, just one day before the match with Zimbabwe, captioned “Onto the next challenge” and a Zimbabwe fan recalled the scam.
The disgruntled Twitter user replied to the Tweet by PCB by saying that they have “neither forgotten nor forgiven Pakistan for sending a “fake” Mr. Bean to Zimbabwe.”
As Zimbabweans we wont forgive you…you once gave us that Fraud Pak Bean instead of Mr Bean Rowan ..we will settle the matter tommorow just pray the rains will save you…#ZIMVSPAK

A lot of people thought it was some kind of a joke until the user offered proof of the fake Mr. bean being treated like a star.
This was followed by social media users coming out with a plethora of memes about this hilarious fiasco.
