The ranking of Pakistani passports has not altered despite the year’s change. The Green Passport is now the fourth worst passport in the world, according to a new ranking.

This information was provided by Henley & Partners, a London-based firm that provides passport advice, in its most recent Henley Passport Index, which is based on the number of places passport holders may visit without a previous visa.

Pakistani passport holders have visa-free access to 32 countries, according to the Henley Passport Index for Q1 2023, placing them at position 106. Pakistani passports were regarded as the fourth worst passports in the index’s previous iteration, taking up position 109.

Similar to how it has been for a while, the only passports worse than Pakistan’s are those issued by Syria, Iraq, and Afghanistan. Yemeni, Somalian, Palestinian, Nepali, North Korean, Libyan, Kosovo, and Bangladeshi passports scored higher than other nations’ passports.

Japan has maintained its top position at the other end of the spectrum. Germany and Spain come in third, Singapore and South Korea come in second, and the Land of the Rising Sun comes in first.
