PTCL Has Recorded A 13% Growth In Profits For The First Quarter Of 2024

Pakistan Telecommunication Company Limited (PTCL), the leading provider of telecom and ICT services in Pakistan, has disclosed its financial results for the quarter ending March 31, 2024, during a Board of Directors meeting held in Islamabad.

PTCL has sustained its robust performance throughout Q1, 2024, achieving a revenue of Rs. 26 billion, marking a significant 13 percent increase compared to the previous year. This growth is primarily attributed to the expansion in the fixed-line and business solutions segments.

The company has recorded an operating profit of Rs. 3 billion, marking a substantial 32 percent rise compared to the same quarter of 2023. On a standalone basis, PTCL has reported a net profit of Rs. 431 million.
