Pakistan Cricket Team’s Special Kit Shows a Gesture of Solidarity with Flood Victims

Pakistan cricket team has also launched a “special” kit that has been designed to express solidarity with Pakistan’s flood victims. The team will wear this jersey during the first T20I against England on Tuesday.

In this new jersey of the Pakistani Cricket team, the name and number of the player are half-drowned and submerged in water. The reason for making this kit like that is to show support and solidarity with the flood victims. 

Pakistan Cricket team also unveiled their new official jersey for the T20 World Cup 2022 yesterday. PCB’s official Twitter handle posted a video of the brand-new look of the Pakistan cricket team’s new kit for ICC’s multinational global event. This new kit of Pakistan’s cricket team is named “Thunder”.  

PCB has also announced that the earnings from the first T20I match will be donated to the PM’s flood relief fund.

Babar Azam, Pakistan’s Captain, has urged fans to come to the stadium to support the cause.

According to PCB, 300 flood victims have also been invited by the Sindh Police to witness the first T20I in Karachi.

Babar Azam, Shadab Khan, Naseem Shah, Kainat Imtiaz, and Fatima Sana have featured in the kit launch video of this kit. There are two versions of this kit, fan version and a pro version. PKR 2500 is the price of the fan version of the kit and the pro version rate is PKR 4500.
