Hundreds of Pakistani Deported by Turkey

Reportedly, total 172 Pakistani nationals allegedly entered Turkey illegally though neighboring countries. Turkey has decided to deport these Pakistani citizens on 10th October 2022.

Turkey is deporting 6,882 foreigners, including Afghanistan and Pakistani nationals on the grounds of disrupting social peace and public order. It has also been forcing 20,514 Syrian nationals to leave the country.

Directorate of Migration Management of the Interior Ministry Turkey, has revealed that a total of 54,475 illegally immigrants have been deported this year.

A letter has also been written in this regard to Pakistan’s Ministry of Foreign Affairs and the Federal Investigation Agency (FIA) by the Deputy Counsel General of Istanbul.

Turkey’s fight against irregular migration continues with the measures taken within the framework of the Irregular Migration Strategy Document and the National Action Plan.

Kingdom of Saudi Arabia also deported 100 Pakistani citizens last month. These citizens were found to be involved in violating visa and Iqama laws.
