Government to Improve Cybersecurity After Recent Audio Leaks

A meeting including National Security Committee, Military Officials, and other Government Officials was held at the Prime Minister’s House about the recent incident of the Audio Leaks. In the meeting, it was decided that a committee having competent individuals under the command of Interior Minister Rana Sanaullah will investigate this incident of Audio Leaks.

The recent Audio Leaks of the Prime Minister forced the federal government to rethink cybersecurity infrastructure and the policies regarding cybersecurity. The Government has decided to upgrade policies regarding cybersecurity and improve the quality of the Government cybersecurity framework.

Prime Minister Shahbaz Sharif, National Security Committee, and other important Government and Military officials made all of these decisions in the meeting to improve cybersecurity all over the country.

The audio files, which were leaked by the hacker, have some sensitive information and this incident has been causing distress to the Federal Government and Prime Minister. This meeting was very important to the Government because all of the concerned parties were included in this meeting and the decisions made during this event will surely be important for both the Government and the country.
