Everyone hates Mondays with a passion and it is believed to be the worst day, as everyone has to get back to the same hectic routine after a relaxing weekend. “Monday blues” is a popular phrase used by many to describe their feelings of sadness on a Monday.
However, now the Guinness World Records has also recognized the said Monday Blues.

“We’re officially giving Monday the record of the worst day of the week,” Guinness World Records tweeted from their official Twitter handle on Monday.
We can now officially blame our Monday grumpiness on Mondays.
The Guinness Book of Records started in 1999 and since then, it has been a huge success. The record book is published on annual basis and lists the world records both of achievements made by human and the extremes of the natural world.
